Versatile & Flavorful:

Pink Beans are a perfect addition to a variety of dishes, from hearty stews and chili to creative pairings like Cajun beans and corn. Their ability to absorb flavors makes them a versatile pantry staple for any meal.

Why Choose Dried Beans?

Canned Beans:

15 oz cans = 10 oz drained beans. Often contain BPA, added sodium, sugar, and preservatives.

Dried Beans:

1 lb = ~3 lbs cooked beans. They have a fresher taste, better value, longer shelf life, and no additives or BPA.

Basic Cooking Instructions:

Rinse and sort thoroughly.
Soak beans for 5-6 hours (overnight is best) and drain.
Boil beans in 6-8 cups of fresh water for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 60-90 minutes, or finish cooking in a slow cooker or Instant Pot.

Note:

Always cook beans thoroughly. Undercooked beans may contain naturally occurring plant lectins. While we strive for perfection, occasional small debris may remain despite rigorous inspections.
